We have complex training systems (C Session, (CITS™, the most advanced didactic methods in andragogy (Layering, Activity Based Learning, Blended Learning), research tools (Corporate Motivation Development™, ITS TM competency research) and many other solutions.
We augment methodology with advanced technology: Oracle iLearning (LMS) for e-learning, Self-Service Web Page - a system facilitating customers' co-operation with us and giving the training participants the possibility of accessing the Midwest Knowledge Base via the Internet, and RTM (Reusable Training Modules) technology, that guarantees quality and methodological correctness of training modules and eliminates repeatability of matters in training modules.
