The Midwest People

They are open to new ideas, regardless of their origin, and ready to devote themselves to realising what they undertake.Value is their life and they set costs and pace on the level that enables competition.

They develop a sense of mutual dependence in themselves and others. They do not make segregations.

They are self-confident, which lets them engage other people and they behave in a way that makes no barriers.

They make clear, simple and reality-based visions and transfer them onto everybody they interact with. They put things in a sincere and clear way.

They are full of energy and able to transfer that energy onto others and solace them.

They see further than the usual horizon, they set aggressive objectives, reward progress, but understand responsibility and commitment.

They share a passion for perfection and ceaseless development, they hate bureaucracy and all the nonsense bureaucracy entails.

They have the courage and imagination to question set canons. Nothing is sacred. Changes are inevitable. They accept change as a rule, not an exception, and perceive it as an opportunity, not danger. They try to make changes before they are forced to do so.

There is no conceit in them and they can listen to others indiscriminately.

They share their knowledge and do not keep it for themselves, as an element of control and power. They do not take their position in the company as an argument.

They understand that only satisfied customers guarantee work.
